Arttober Challenge day 21 - Beatrix from Eminence in Shadow. Better known as the War Goddess for her master swordsmanship, she is also the aunt of Alpha, CIDs second in command, and is searching for her.
You know from the offset that any character called Wargoddess would be interesting to try to draw. Seeing as I have limited time trying to focus that into a portrait in under 4 hours was tricky. I had to resort to liquify a few times during the concept process.
Though I wonder that once I come back to finishing the image maybe I should do her a full body scene rather than a portrait.
